Dear Folks:

The first radiant heating and cooling job I designed and installed was a 280.000 square foot six story bank office building completed in 1965. That was some job to start with and I learned a lot and fast. In the many years since then I have experienced the design and construction of numerous commercial buildings including a major art gallery, schools, airports, research facilities, libraries, and many others.

In the residential market, we have done homes, family room additions, bathrooms and spas, greenhouses, studios, great rooms, kitchens, sidewalks and driveways and just about anything else you can think of.

Once you really understand the principals of radiant heating, the possibilities are almost endless.

After almost 35 years in the business I am still sold on radiant heating. I urge you to consider it for your next house or project.

Radiant heating is not brain surgery but it is a completely different animal than other heating and air conditioning trades. It requires totally different design parameters and installation techniques. Manufacturers will often tell you they have a cookbook that will allow anyone to install their product. They may even offer a one-day course and then certify someone as an "expert". Don't you believe it. You don't want an amateur or some heating contractor who just added "radiant" to his line to experiment on you. Radiant is different - deal with someone who knows what they are doing.

If you're interested, contact me. I would love to work with you.

Tom Nowak Sincerely,

Tom Nowak
